It replaces the earlier Konsulta program and shifts the focus from hospital-based treatment to early detection, regular checkups, and disease prevention.

How It Works:
All PhilHealth members are automatically covered under the program. Members are encouraged to register with an accredited primary care provider (YAKAP clinic)
